In deregulated electricity and gas markets the customer is free to choose energy providers at their own discretion; Xellent ebiX manages the processes that are connected to this aspect of the energy market.

When a customer selects to change provider, a business scenario is initiated. A sequence of EDI notifications are generated and sent to the customer’s current provider and net company.

The scenario log provides the users with an uncomplicated and easy to overlook outline of the activities in progress. ebIX features several controls and deadlines that are dictated by the market’s directives.

The built-in filter functions make it easy for the user to select and sort out particular messages types and invalid messages.
